Dark Woods Convention is a new and exciting Horror and Paranormal event being held in Kentucky. Dark Woods Con will offer vendor tables of all varieties, a film festival and numerous stars and celebrities who will be there to meet and greet and sign autographs. Dark Woods Con will truly be the "Can’t Miss Even" of the year and an incredibly frightening experience. But heed the warning, "Don’t go in Alone!" 

Sponsorship packages can be a great vehicle for publicity for your company with not only the attendees from local areas, but the surrounding states as well. Dark Woods Con is publicized heavily through local TV and Radio Stations throughout KY, WV and VA as well as on Fangoria Magazine, Infernal Dreams, a Horror movie review webcast, Deadpit Radio, and Bastards of Horror! Local radio and TV stations will be there to cover the event LIVE as well. 

Sponsorship Packages

• Platinum: $1,000.00 –This package includes a partnership level listing, as in "Your company and Grave Concerns Promotions proudly present Dark Woods..." Your company name will be included in all advertising, including radio and television commercials, interviews and live remotes from the event. Your company will be listed on the top of the sponsor page on the website, as well as all T-shirts, tickets and flyers. You will also receive eight (8) weekend passes.
• Gold: $500.00 – For this you will be listed in the second tier of the sponsor page on the website, T-shirt, programs, flyers and receive six (6) weekend passes.
• Silver: $250.00 - For this you will be listed in the third tier of the sponsor page on the website, T-shirt, programs, flyers and receive four (4) weekend passes.
• Copper: $100.00 - For this you will be listed in the fourth tier of the sponsor page on the website, T-shirt, programs, flyers and receive two (2) weekend passes.
