Dark Woods Convention is a new and exciting Horror and Paranormal event being held in Pikeville, Ky. Dark Woods Con will offer vendor tables of all varieties, a film festival and numerous stars and celebrities who will be there to meet and greet and sign autographs. Dark Woods Con will truly be the "Can’t Miss Even" of the year and an incredibly frightening experience. But heed the warning, "Don’t go in Alone!"
We would be grateful if you helped in sponsoring our event. Being held in Kentucky it would be great to have Kentucky products show that they are ready and willing to help support this event that is trying to bring something new and exciting for people to enjoy in this state.
Our sponsor packages are as follows:
Platinum: $1,000.00 – For this you will become a co-sponsor. You will be listed on the main page of the website as well as on top tier of the sponsor page. You will be listed on all of the T-shirts, programs and flyers. You will also be mentioned in the interviews we do and you will receive eight (8) weekend passes.
Gold: $750.00 – For this you will be listed in the second tier of the sponsor page on the website, T-shirt, programs, flyers and receive six (6) weekend passes.
Silver: $500.00 - For this you will be listed in the third tier of the sponsor page on the website, T-shirt, programs, flyers and receive four (4) weekend passes.
Copper: $250.00 - For this you will be listed in the fourth tier of the sponsor page on the website, T-shirt, programs, flyers and receive two (2) weekend passes.

At this time we are expecting an attendance of 3,000 to 5,000 people over the course of the weekend. It will be great publicity for your company with not only the attendees from local areas, but the surrounding states as well.
