Daniel Emery Taylor

Daniel Emery Taylor is best known to comic/sci-fi fans as "Darryl Hallenbeck" in the cult classic monsterfest "The Return Of Swamp Thing." The sequel finds the mucky DC superhero falling for the beautiful Abigail Arcane while attempting to vanquish his archenemy (and Abigail's stepfather) Anton Arcane. As two young boys attempt to capture Swamp Thing on film (much like other loveable losers who have tracked Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster) they constantly run into trouble from mutants and Arcane's armed mercenaries. Luckily, Swampy has a tendency to save the day.
Daniel went on to gain modest fame for his role. He followed that up with spots on television's "In The Heat Of The Night" and the critically acclaimed "I'll Fly Away." He was also a regular on local programming and even did some modeling and print work. More recently, you can see him in the Tom Green comedy Road Trip.
Daniel returned to film early in 2009 with the release of ZP International's "Hell-ephone." Joining Daniel was Ari Lehman, John Dugan, Jim O'Rear, and Alex Del Monacco. Later this year, Daniel will be featured in the upcoming features "The Legacy" and "Hell House."
